We currently deliver to: Hariashraya Nagar, Adiyogi, Aarogyam Society, Alice Villa, Crystal World, Near Patanjali Yogpeeth, and surrounding areas in Haridwar, Uttarakhand (Pincode: 249401). We are continuously expanding our delivery area.
We aim to deliver within 20 minutes of order confirmation. During peak hours or adverse weather, delivery may take up to 30 minutes. You will receive real-time updates on your order status.
Deliveries are made from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week including public holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be delivered the next morning.
Delivery is FREE on orders above ₹199. For orders below ₹199, a delivery fee of ₹25 applies. Specific delivery zones may have different charges based on distance.
Minimum order value is ₹199. Orders below this amount cannot be placed.
You can track your order status in real-time through the My Orders section on our website. You will also receive SMS updates when your order is confirmed, being prepared, and out for delivery.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, the order may be cancelled and refunded (for prepaid orders).
